The TUI BLUE OCEANA SUITES Hotel has always oriented its strategy and policy towards the quality and food safety of its products.
Today, we want this orientation to be more profound, effective and constantly in line with the expectations and requirements of customers and interested parties while continuing to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our services.
In order to consolidate this approach, we deliberately opt for the implementation of an Integrated Management system in accordance with the requirements
of the ISO 22000 standards version 2018, including the field of application Culinary preparation, serving of food and beverages and ISO 9001V2015, for
field of application: Accommodation& Catering and Banquet.Through our management system, the hotel verifies the decimalization and understanding at all levels of the main orientations of the policy which is based
on objectives based on fundamental values; the formalization and monitoring of these values are aimed at satisfying interested parties in terms of profitability and compliance with Hygiene and Quality Rules.In this context, the Management has defined the Quality policy focused on the following points:
* Meet the requirements and expectations of our customers and interested parties in order to ensure their satisfaction.
* Guarantee the quality, the safety of our products and the food defense
* Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
* Be in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements to which our organization has subscribed.
* Ensure effective supplier management by mastering the Food Fraud component.
* Increase the productivity of our teams by improving their skills while ensuring the availability of our equipment by mastering
* planning our activities.
* Consolidate communication and the managerial aspectTo achieve the axes set by our policy, we have set objectives at the level of all activities within our organization. The Management undertakes to provide all the resources and appropriate internal and external communication arrangements necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. She will be informed, through Management reviews, of the relevance and effectiveness of the integrated Management system.
